Alright, for my own texture mods it needs to be loaded after world builder before they worked again.
I'll have to see if its the same solution to this one.
I don't think it is really something that can be fixed from this side, so if you get that it is probably a similar conflict.
I also tested changing the order of the mods, and I found that if I put Worldbuilder first, the variations would be available within Worldbuilder's UI, but it still wouldn't do the variations on the initial build. So I still ended up disabling Worldbuilder to get this mod fully working.
