Takua - Tropical Planet

A lush and verdant paradise, Takua is a gem among the void. Islands and archipelagos dot its surface-spanning ocean, with frigid ice caps at its poles. Takua is the envy of many, and the calming sights and sounds of its endless beaches and striking sunsets can put anyone at ease. The bright and varied ocean provides an open space for vehicles and a virtually endless source of ice. Despite its desirable environment, ores are only found under its thin, snaky islands, with the poles offering the highest concentration.

To answer the inevitable question, there will not be a Water Mod compatible version. The way this planet is made doesn't allow the ice to be any lower, and unless you want the water to be extremely shallow it will not work well with the islands.

To place this planet in an existing save, make sure you have creative/admin privileges, press Shift+f10, navigate to Planets, select Takua and set the size to 120km.
