Thanks, Sausage! Sounds like some fond memories.

Hahaha, reminds me of the Gibberish Translator we used to use to thwart chat moderators by concealing our bold arguments about [fings n stuffz]. Still got banned though.

Thank you Patrick for this mod. Nice touch.

it's synchronized in the randomness because the mod hands it to Space Engineers, which then says "Keen told me to run this logic", and then it renders the same text to everyone because the "random" got assigned to each metadata slot on each designated cube comprising each associated object which got constructed at some point in time by someone. I think I covered every variable there.

It's ... not really a question? I wrote it. :) I told you what it does.
Menos 2 feb 2023 om 11:15
Interesting question if the content is actually synced if it is random, or if the code is running purely client-side.

Ah, Keen Software House, creating processing bottlenecks to increase efficiency ... poorly..

The mod doesn't need to synchronize screen content, the game does that already.
Blue64 1 feb 2023 om 18:48
if they do everything client-side though, then they wouldn't be able to synchronize screen content, so SOME must be server-side.
Menos 31 jan 2023 om 9:17
Well that's what I asked first. If you do it all client side then there is zero server load, so everything is fine. :)

Why do you assume mine doesn't work like that already? Your comment makes a lot of questionable assumptions. It would be easier to address your concerns in the longer format provided by Discord.
