Based on housing you can find up and down the United Kingdom, these small residential council houses are perfect for small families! Pack includes a single house, and a row of 5, all with no collision so you can place rows of houses until your heart’s content.

Stats:

Single house hold has a capacity of 2 workers
Row of 5 has a capacity of 10 workers.
Both have a 95% housing quality.

As someone who used to live in two of those it's funny that you would ever consider making them house only two workers :D Compared to other buildings in the game their material cost also seems ridiculous. Nothing that can't be fixed with editing two .ini files, though, and other than that they're very nice, cheers ;)
