Is it possible to change the Smart Engine for survival mode but without using fuel for operation, since some movable buildings are based on logic and for them to move, fuel is seriously needed?

TechnologicNick has some sort of tool that can remove mods from a world that have been deleted. Then you just add the replacements on normally. Worked for me, at least.

how do i fix this, some of my mods and maps dont work, how do i fix it, can i add the original modpack file and change the fileid or something? HELP PLEASE.
