Plattenbau (WHH-GT-18)

This model is designed and textured by the awesome AmiPolizeiFunk, who has allowed me the task of converting some of his most DDR of buildings for Workers & Resources! All credit should go to him for the creation!

The WHH-GT-18 Large Panel Construction Building (Plattenbau) is a GDR-era apartment block. Dozens of them can be found in Berlin, constructed in the 1970's and 80's. One prominent example of this "bauform" (building type) can be found on Fischerinsel, right in the center of Berlin, just south of the museums on Museumsinsel. Many of the brutalist blocks have been renovated, usually having their bare concrete panels covered by steel or painted in various colors.

Well good news, because AmiPolizeiFunk and MeisterMonis, 2 of Cities Skylines greatest creator have passed several of their best models for conversion! These will be being released on the workshop as and when!
