Octanian Zealot Fix

Description
A mod that tweaks their moving animation schemes values so that they will play their walking animations correctly whenever they are set to use the "Patrol" AI semantic.

This mod also adds proper footstep sound effects for them and adjusts the volume values for one of their sound schemes, so that you can hear them a little better from a distance.
