描述
A team panel more closely resembling the one found on Xbox, but with some added luxuries. For use with the Xbox HUD modular pack.

Differences from PC
  • Undid most of the bizarre Last Stand changes that stretched and misaligned the panel.
  • Repositioned survivor icon.
  • Moved survivor name closer to top left.
  • Repositioned inventory icons.
  • Added the health counter from Rayman1103's Team Health Counter mod (it's actually officially in the game now as of The Last Stand, but disabled).
  • Moved IDLE message above health counter. (note: Xbox doesn't have the IDLE message).

yeah that's what the community devs say, but i imagine to some extent valve could've made some decisions

Valve did not make the Last Stand update, it was a community update that was greenlit by one guy at Valve.

interesting that they decided that, but i'm not at all surprised. valve always does things that are questionable

The HUD mostly consists of text files defining what hardcoded HUD elements to use and where. Adding teammate health counters is as simple as adding the "HealthIcon" and "HealthNumber" elements from localplayerpanel.res (your health bar) to teammatepanel.res (teammate health bars). This change was added to the official files with a comment at the top reading "from Rayman's Team Health Counter - temporarily commented out (CTRL+Q to undo)".

team health counter is disabled as in how? can it be enabled by players, or it was added into the game but valve isnt giving us the option to enable it?
