It is 7 floors and is exactly the same size as the 7 floor hospital. It is only an optical illusion that the building is larger than it is. I just added a retextured version with more windows to give it appearance of being smaller but it really the same size as other version.

Novu, please tell, why so many of your buildings has wrong scale? They're way too big!
