Configurable UK Semi-Detached Houses
Available form 1960

You can configure the following:
  • Brick colour
  • Door colour
  • Window Frame colour
  • Fence Colour
  • Roof Colour
  • Enable/Disable cars
  • Enable/Disable fcence
  • Enable/Disable garden
It is only available as an asset with a residential capacity of 4 sims for each pair of houses

Unfortunately, the houses spawn only sims and not cars.
