Keen has decided to remove plugins from the Steam workshop. Anyone that has Plugin Loader currently installed from the workshop must clear the game launch options.

To install the new version of Plugin Loader, install the launcher[github.com].

To everyone saying there is no EXE, you have to click on the launcher link to go to GitHub and download it from there.
