This road requires a third-party mod to function as intended
This road is 1-square wide, which the unmodded game does not fully support.

In order for zoning to snap to the road, you need to be using either:

Zoning Adjuster by algernon (recommended), or

Network Extensions 2

A tiny single-lane, one-way road with bike lanes in both directions.

Absolutely loving your road assets! Would you by any chance consider making a version of this tiny road that's bike-only? Would be awesome for making more bike-friendly cities!
