Type the command "arc_radial_customize" in console to get started. Read the quickstart guide.
The mod comes pre-configured for VManip Armor Plates, VManip Combat Stims, and VManip Night Vision Goggles. However, it can be configured for any mod, and these addons are NOT required.

All this does is allow you to execute arbitrary console commands (Except the blocked ones) without having to take up your entire keyboard.

So, it's another two-day mod. This time, it's not based on VManip, but I know everyone is starting to run out of keys on their keyboards, and we can't all afford MMO mice, so I figured I'd throw you guys a bone. Also, my animator friend Fleshy refuses to continue making VManip gadgets until I make this. The UI isn't beautiful but it should be fine.

The map, obviously, is de_dust2.
