Hive Hut
The Hive Hut is meant to be a replacement for the Small Shack. It's small and cute. Just big enough to store some goods or build a crafting station.
Unlocked at game start!

Hive Spire
The Hive Spire is a rough Watchtower equivalent. It is more spacious than the Watchtower and features multiple balconies upon which you can construct defensive turrets.
Unlocked after researching Large Building Shells!

Hive Fence & Hive Fence Gate
The Hive Fence and accompanying gate are equivalent to the vanilla game's Makeshift Walls and Gate.
Unlocked after researching Makeshift Walls!

Hive Wall II & Hive Gate II
The Hive Wall II and accompanying gate are equivalent to the vanilla game's Defensive Wal II and Defensive Gate II.
Unlocked after researching Defensive Walls!

Custom Flat Hive Commune Hut
A new version of the Hive Commune Hut featuring a flat floor enabling players to actually use the space inside to its maximum potential.
Unlocked after researching Medium Building Shells!

It's part of UWE. I believe this mod is also included in UWE, so you don't need to subscribe to this. The author of UWE changed it such that authentic building supplies are required for construction of all hive buildings.

not sure whats causing it as I have a lot of mods to include UWE installed. But even the walls require authentic building supplies. All the buildings aswel. Any idea what other mod could be causing this? I have a long going hive playthrough and I cant build any buildings :(

Hey AngryOscar, thats a Different mod. This mod uses regular building supplies unless you've patched it somehow.

They just use standard building materials available via shops or through stone processors

Thank you! It never made any sense to me that Hiver's wouldn't flatten the ground inside their huts.
