Adds a ranged chariot for the Wood Elves. Created for Mod Jam 2021.
Meadow Chariots are skirmish chariots, recruited at the t3 WE Calvary building.

Is the Meadow Chariot affected by any effects such as the ones in the red skill line? Can Glade Lords/Captains take one as a mount?

@Knight Dietrich Go ahead, the flag model is actually taken from the HE Tiranoc Chariot, with the texture just from the Cavaroc WE faction in the The Season of Revelation Campaign.
