You have to set routes on your SAM programable block.

Place another programable block, put the script inside and fill custom data with undock conditions.

Example config for undock conditions: Hauling cargo
from DockB to DockA and refill hydrogen, recharge batteries and fly empty back to DockB.
When the condition is meet then "start next" command will be executed on the SAM block
