The default configuration is not something you should leave as is. Assume any mod listing this as dependency is doing away with that for you. I made it for personal use with the set of mods I had at the time and now left it in as a reference for anyone willing to dive into the deep end.

This mod stopped mechs from showing up when i used it. Uninstalled and mechs now show up, even set mechs to force level 1 to try to get them to show when i uesed it.

Amazing! This is really needed. It's really hard to make enemy mods play well together between keeping balanced weights in encounter lists, assuring coverage in follower lists, and mod creators often having different takes on how they should populate said lists.

From what I can guess from the ini files, you're building a pretty intuitive and practical implementation. This is great work. :)
