Clan Grudge-Faction Overhaul-Minor Clans Rising.

This is overhaul of made-up Clan Grudge. It's add new faction of skavens worshipping the Dark Prince, the Prince of Pleasure, the Lord of Excess, the Perfect Prince, Her/His Majesty Slaanesh.
Is it Lore accurate you ask?
Well, mathematically if the skaven population is around 21670000000, then probability of one of them being mad enough to worship Slaanesh is |ℝ|>|ℕ|*/log(N)x=(-b±√(b^2-4ac))/(2a).
So, yes, please worship Slaanesh.
LL rathan is based on skaven alter ego of The Great Book of Grudges , and his dog Prinncess.
We were forced into slave labour by him into creating this abomination. Enjoy.

Grey Seer Rathan was not so much kicked out of Skavenblight for his extremely heretical views but rather forced to flee from the dreaded city. Having spent many years watching and learning from a secret Slaaneshi Cabal, Rathan has taken to the lore of Slaanesh and the powers offered by the Dark Prince of Pleasures. The Council of Thirteen declared him an enemy of all of Skavendom for the influence of other gods enrages the Horned Rat...

• Mirror Vermin - Much like the human Mirror Guard they serve to act as highly trained warriors of Slaanesh.
  
• Chaos Rattling Guns - The very latest technology Clan Skryre have to offer requires a special breed of suicidal nutters to operate it effectively.
  
• Chaos Skaven Chariot - Like Slaanesh's Daemonic forces, Rathan demands the use of chariots but further enhanced pulled by Rat Ogres.
  
• Princess - Rathan's favored pet. A rather large Wolf Rat who radiates daemonic energies.
  
• Ratonettes(melee) - Inspired by the Daemonttes of Slaanesh, Rathan's main forces will fight with speed and extra weaponry rather than defences.
  
• Ratonettes(throwing darts)- Inspired by the Daemonttes of Slaanesh, Rathan's main forces will fight with speed and extra weaponry rather than defences.Throwind poisoned darts.
  
• Noise Chanters - They make noise for Slaanesh. _{;__{:;.<<<
  
• Daemonettes of Slaanesh - None can say what unearthly delights a Daemonette is believed to pleasure the soul with but, upon the reeking field of battle, pain is the gift they bring.

• New LL Rathan with custom mount and spells.
  
• Can recruit Daemonettes of Slaanesh.
  
• Unique buildings - HQ(avaialble for all skaven in Seep Gore) and Temple of Slaanesh in all major settlements.

Known bugs:
- No custom loading screen. Mixu needs to add faction to his unlocker.
