FAST/MICH Helmet Upgrades for Security Forces

This mod adds working FAST/MICH helmets and some extra magazine pouches to the Security Forces. I got this idea from a bug in Canadian JTF2 operators (by Avianite and Index: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2305425086&searchtext=) where I paired this with OCP skins for the vanilla model and ended with incredibly tactical US Army soldiers.

There are no hand/arm models that come with the mod, so you can look for appropriate ones that can go with the rest of your SF look.

This is compatible with most retextures of the vanilla security forces player models.
- Does not work with other 3D model replacers
- Those NVGs are always equipped and are nonfunctional
- Textures that alter the face cause issues with the characters without goggles (i.e. USMC Personal Edits)
- Magazine pouches added by the base mod cannot be retextured by other skin mods
- Going into special theaters like ones with medics causes the ragdolls to appear wildly contorted
