Reforged Steel Processing In Royal Forge (addon)

Royal Furnace and Forge build cost is increased. In return Royal Forge is the only block where steel can be reforged and the tools/components using it produced. Royal Furnace on top of normal functionality allows for more efficient steel ingot casting using the More Minerals resources.
Recipe: 20 Iron dust + 10 limestone dust + 12 charcoal dust give 3 steel ingots.
