"Your heir died in battle!"
How often have your loved ones died a brutal death in battle, because you forgot to tell them that they did not have to fight?

This mod prevents their death and saves you a lot of time. The Knight Manager adds a settings menu to the knight window in which you can specify rules according to which characters are employed as knights. And of course you can manually allow certain characters to be exempt from the general rule, if you so desire.

There are 8 groups with one checkbox each. If the checkbox is checked, the characters of that group are allowed to be knights. If it is unchecked, the characters of that group cannot become knight unless you manually exempted them by unchecking their "K.M." (Knight Manager) checkbox in the knights list.
Note that (due to technical reasons) all characters that belong to a group currently forbidden from serving as knight will not show up in the knight list at all. So you must exempt characters before disabling knighthood for their groups.

The eight groups are:

• Your Heir
  
• Characters of your Dynasty
  
• Your Offspring (Children and Grandchildren)
  
• Family Spouses (Your Spouse and characters that are married to your children/grandchildren)
  
• Your councillors
  
• Your lovers (and soulmates)
  
• Bad fighters (characters with less than 6 prowess).
  
• Average fighters (characters with less than 13 prowess).
  
• Court Positions (Every court position except Champion and Bodyguard). Now includes the court physician.

I believe that should cover the most important things.

Compatible with everything that does not modify the knight window and can_be_knight trigger.
Not really compatible with multiplayer (knight manager settings are global - so you have to agree on one setting).
NO IRONMAN.
If using UnifiedUI, please put this mod on the bottom of the load order.

Updated to 1.7.2. If the game says it is not compatible with the current version (something higher), it is probably lying.
Translated the mod to: German, French, Spanish, Russian, Chinese and Korean (using google translate). Some of these translations are probably terrible.^^
