This is a continuation of the Mixed Use Urbanism mod. https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2283246046
It is not required but is highly recommended. The only reason this mod comes in two parts is because the a single mod is limited to 32 buildings and I had more than 32 buildings planned.

Part 2 so far only contains Downtown University and Karaoke Bar.

Added vocational schools (ground floor)
Added parking lots
Added Strip Mall
Added Grocery Store
Added Double sided brick lofts
Added Electric Generator
Added Downtown Clinc
Karaoke Bar is now an actual bar
Added Pool Hall (Cinema)
Added Fire Station
Added Bus Stop
Added Chic Clothing Store
Added Downtown Gas Station
Added Underground Parking
Added Downtown Heat Boiler

Would it be possible to add an option to have a residential first floor section? This way the ground floor does not have to be a shop or a service building - it could also be a ground floor residential apartments.

the lofts seem to lack roofs for me? it's just a flat white apart from a few details

The idea is great! but the scale is a real problem... simply is impossible to mix with other buildings because dont look real... I hope you can work about

For some reason these buildings tend to be much larger and disproportioned than most other mods as well as vanilla structures, is there a way to make them a bit smaller? This is great otherwise

this mod have no colision volume so take care to not build multiple layers of the same else for cheating

This mod and its predecessor have become absolute mainstays of town building for me now. Being able to create multipurpose mid-rise buildings is just absolutely fantastic.:steamthumbsup:

It does require being careful to level out the ground beforehand to avoid oddness between the bottom levels and upper buildings, like intersections or gaps. But that's what leveling tools are for!

Oh these buildings are delightful. I'd love to see more in this series, they're ideal for making high-density cities.
