Starscre4M's HECU Radio Filter

A mod that provides an alternative to the radio filters currently provided in-game.

This mod was originally created by Starscre4M in 2015 and predates the 1.0 build of the game released in 2020, which featured the Crowbar Collective adding radio filters to the masked grunts. After this, he removed the mod entirely, although I decided to upload what I had, as well as created more, (in order to account for his lack of updates for the STU build of the game) in the case that people preferred this variant of the radio filter over the default one.

I will be combing through sections of the game to ensure that I did not miss anything, as well as update any subsequent HECU voice lines that are patched into the game in the future. If you come across an encounter that is not affected by this mod, or if you have any feedback at all, please let me know and I will try to address it.
