There seems to be a problem with some mods released using this.
They reference this as both a mod and as a built-in element Their elements_script has references to "2277093755\residential_prefab3" and "residential_prefab3", so the building only works correctly if I manually copy the residential_prefab3 folder into buildingeditor\elements\
