That's a Struggle in Sicily. If you play as an Adventurer and walk into Sicily, you can become Involved in the Struggle and gain a Trait. On top of that, to really experience it, I recommend getting a Mod that lets you join all Struggles no matter your culture or religion.
Do you plan to touch existing religious tenets in the new version? I don't see anything conflicting in the beta files (yet), but I plan to release a small mod fixing the mess with Sinitic Syncretism tenet, I'd also like to make it compatible with RICE if possible.
I haven't played CK3 in a while, and to return to the game and experiance your new Heirs of Nubia content was amazing! I love the Nile mechanics!
You've greatly expanded on two areas now that mean a lot to me, and you really make the game mor enjoyable to play!
Thank you again for years of great mods for various great games!
