You can check it by loading the move in move craft. I think it's something like 2/1/2/3 spirit/breath/neck/arm

For the Road Dog pumphandle do you mean where he falls forward and lands on his stomach as he slams them down? Because that would be pretty sweet.

Great just a few here:

Reanimations:
Pumphandle Slam (like road doggs and maybe a much better release looking one)
Reverse Brainbuster
Liger bomb (needs a better pin animation like the running version

Also orton rear headlock backbreaker, tonan twist, and taichi's black Mephisto
