Mod not worth it without sound, sad times.

In your L4D2 directory go to "bin". You'll see an executable called "vpk.exe". Drag a vpk file onto it to unpack. Drag a folder onto it to pack.

Actually, I looked into how to unzip the vpk file myself, but I couldn't find a solution, so I am contacting you.
I would appreciate it if you could just tell me the recommended software and how to obtain it (URL) for unzipping and deleting vpk files.

It's possible, but I'm not gonna do it (not trying to be rude). Doing so is pretty easy if you look up how to unpackage/package mods. Basically you'd unpackage this one and in the special infected files included you'd just delete the ones that don't have _l4d1 next to the name

Is it possible to create a MOD that applies only to the L4D1 map?

I would like to apply another MOD to the L4D2 map.

Guys the seperate sound replacement mod got axed

I tried both versions of this mod but the voice is not working. I only see the kermit model but not sound, just the default voice. any fix for this?
