A running snap version of Leg Drop B, kind of like how X-Pac did

Same damage as the default legdrop

Sorry for deleting this; I deleted from my game without thinking that it'd be in a new "slot" and need to be uploaded anew

But I did update it a bit, though - there's a running frame added in some angles so the jump is less extreme

Update: Just re-registered it as Snap Leg Drop

Update 2: Reworked pretty much the whole thing. It's smoother, less stiff during the jump, and left angles have the attacker running up a few steps instead of just flying over
