Leg Drop B (running)

Alternate running legdrop, with a less awkward looking face-up animation, and the attacker always aims for the face/chest instead of sometimes just... sitting on the defender

Same damage as the default

Update: Addd a running frame to some angles so the jump is less extreme, and fixed a couple positioning issues

Update 2: Reworked pretty much the whole thing. It's smoother, less stiff during the jump, and left angles have the attacker running up a few steps instead of just flying over
