Please explain the problem clearly and drop logs.

gathers the activation buttons for other mods in a unified place.

usage:
- Click on any mod button to activate/deactivate it.
- button and panel are draggable (control from settings)
- detect/resolve key collisions (see settings)

The following mods require UUI mod to have UUI button (will soon drop this requirement).
- Node Controler
- Intersection marking tool
- Roundabout builder
- Network detective
- pedestrian bridge builder

- fit to screen when aspect ratio changes
- improve dragging/position lock

for people talking about how it "comes back"... some of the other mods that use UUI actually put bits of THIS mod's code into their own so they can function better. There may need to be some work done to them to fix whatever is causing it. I remember reading on some other mod that they do that.
And if they change the code here too much I'm guessing those other mods that do that might wind up having obsolete or incompatible code at some point.

Try deleting ANYTHING you find in your Paradox folder (if you have one )

Completely agree uninstalled the entire game and deleted folders. it just comes back!

Well, nope :)
I really think I thought of everything. I cannot find any sign on my game or within Windows Explorer that I should have UUI of any derivation on my computer - so no subscription to any version. I am pretty sure I do not share the file with anyone or thing. Checked properties and mods and I see nothing that says this Mod should be usable. Also this has been a problem since before my first post under this Mod. And as I mentioned, I uninstalled CS (completely) saving no mods or assets on a couple occasions.
Thanks for your input, though.:steamthumbsup:

@bsbrdv: Unistalling CS and reinstalling it doesn't matter. As long as you're subscribed to a mod it keeps getting back. But there's another version of this UUI mod.
