STAND CLEAR OF THE CLOSING DOORS PLEASE

Introducing the R46 subway car. Built by the Pullman Standard Company between 1975 and 1978 — note the earth-tone color scheme and faux wood paneling — the R46 remains a mass-transit mainstay to this day.

The mod includes a brand-new, custom sound set, asset versions, and fully rendered interiors. Use the directional keys to walk around the car. There are eleven line variants: the A, C, F, G, J, N, R, 1, and 4 trains; the S shuttle line; and a customizable 'T' train. Create your own line using the color option in the train's details menu.

- Top Speed: 75 mph
- Power: 1,360 hp
- Traction: 71,939 lbf
- Seats: 26 per car
- Availability: 1975

The modified GSI G70 bogies were provided by Maik (models) and Skyjoe (textures). They’re gratefully used here with permission. Sounds have been dubbed from many, many different YouTube videos.

Please note: in its current form, the train functions on diesel power so that an extra, third-rail mod isn’t required. When using the Underground Station mod, the best platform height is 1219mm.

@[Ukrgame]81-717/714 this isn't based off any of the soviet subway cars! though I do agree the windows look like type I (тип И), aswell as the shape of the car.

Not the creator, but @GeneralAviator247, you may want to try clearing your texture/shader cache for the game in the game files. You can read how to do that on the Tpf2 Wiki.

@Juliantalley,

* Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1066780\2255057518\res\models\model\vehicle\train"

* Open the .mdl files there in notepad++.

* Press "Ctrl+F" and search for "topSpeed".

* Type in the speed you want in the field, but you must write it in meters per second.
