L4D1 Population Revert Tool (Post Last Stand Update)

This script reverts the populations of all Left 4 Dead 1 campaigns back to their Left 4 Dead 2 common and special infected counterparts, just like how it was before The Last Stand update rendered a significant portion of infected mods null on half the game's maps. Left 4 Dead 2 campaign populations remain entirely unaffected with this mod.

I created this as a band-aid for my Fallout Ghouls mod and Halloween Common Infected mod (and any infected mods that rely on the L4D2 model roster) so that the custom infected models still appear on L4D1 campaigns. Without it, said custom infected never appeared on any L4D1 environments after The Last Stand update, end of story.

This mod's existence is not about being ungrateful or unappreciative for what The Last Stand update team did for the game, but this is moreso a template for other modders who would prefer tweaking their populations to be able to do such again.
