More Alarm Sounds

설명
Adds new (currently 7) alarm items with different sounds to the game. These are in addition to the vanilla asset; they do not replace the original alarm or siren.

Edit: Added one of the alarm sounds from Alien.

Edit2: Added the klaxon from Star Wars in normal and high pitch.

Edit3: Added SCP Containment Breach alarm

Edit4: Added a longer-ranged SCP Containment Breach alarm by special request

@Hensley I didn't really use one? I copied the structure of another mod that added items to the game to implement the new alarms.
