Objective:

1. Head north with your POW to the extraction zone

Thanks to your suspicions and quick thinking, there are actually American POWs located in that camp. You even rescued one of them in the middle of being tortured. Now that you meetup with Maria and a POW, you are to proceed with the mission to head for the extraction area and let Delta Force take care of the rest.
