[OpTre] Halo | Customizable HUD

A work-in-progress Halo themed HUD - with a slew of unique features. Built from the ground up to be performance-friendly, and as true to the original style as possible.

FEATURES:
>Fully customizable HUD, with individual elements being able to be turned on and off.
>Multiple styles of HUD, able to be switched between with a single variable, seamlessly.
>Revamped original-game assets, updated to fit higher resolutions.
>Working motion sensor, with serverside integration to show allies/enemies that are firing.
>Ammo counters, that show your current ammo, reserve ammo, and the icon of the weapon in use.
>Compass, shield, and health bars - designed to fit in with existing HUD elements (where the original design didn't have them)
