They can be spawned via decision by an Orthodox Empire once the crusading era has started

Very nice mod, I like it! Is it possible to give the holy order a captain and commanders etc? like other vanilla holy orders. Would be the cherry on the top

Great mod! I always thought it was unfair that Holy Orders were reserved for Catholic rulers, and this fixes that!
