Perfect cause it made sense that the Red Beret HECU officers are on the Combine Elite.

https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2186358813 does (Red beret for Elite Combine). Those are only materials needed in order for this mod to work.

DOse this add the Beret HECU officer? If not add the HECU Beret too the Elite Combine if you can unless you already did..
