These mods are like EXTREMELY helpful if your building big airports.

I just tested , that mod , all works fine at me. And Joscha(Developer) tells me that this is a path issue. Means the pax have no way (min one) to the ticketkiosk. To your problem , i would need to see the ticketing area. . But i think what i can see at your screenshot , you need a bigger ticketing zone , with more space around the desks/kiosks. It looks very crowded. So overwork your airport and it should work again.

They use the normal ticketing config , then it could be a game bug. But i never saw this before. And i have used that config for around 60 Mods. No Bug report so far

some pax error on them - not many but some - 1-3 of 500
