Respawn Ships With Drill + Drop Containers High Speed Fix

This is a version of my own "Respawn Ships With Drill" mod, which now includes LeonserGT's "Drop Container High Speed Fix".

For reasons I have yet to discern, our mods just simply aren't compatible and so, with permission, I have added the functions of the aforementioned mods into one mod. This mod is intended for those who were already using one of these two mods and wants/needs both of them.
