I don't want it - Election disqualification

Hi all, i have abandoned this one. I have moved on to CK3. The mod is really simple so anyone with basic understanding of JSON should be able to do it.

If you, like Jon Snow. would prefer not to be the ruler of a nation, take a decision to disqualify yourself. All voters will add a -1000 modifier when grading you for ruler.

With Feudal Elective there is now a -1000 modifier is added to the characters with the new trait "loyal".

Have fun as a vassal of an elected ruler.

Let me know if you would like to have this included in other forms of elective successions.
