To use a custom move, it has to be in a wrestler’s moveset. If you download this move and my George “The Animal” Steele, he’s already got it and will use it, but if you want to add it to a different wrestler, you would need to add it in Edit Wrestler. To add it to a wrestler off the Workshop (or to a Spike default), you need to clone the original to make changes.

I was wondering on how the custom moves work, can anybody do them or do I have to add it to their wrestlers movesets?
