[WOTC] Core Collection Meta Mod

This meta mod contains various compatibility patches, configuration and bug fixes for the mods in the Core Collection and the game itself.

Other than Highlander, Core Collection Meta Mod is the closest thing we have to a "community patch mod".

The following mods are already integrated into Core Collection Meta Mod (CCMM), so you DO NOT need them.

• Skulljack Feedback Fix - CCMM also fixes other hack rewards so they are not granted multiple times.
  
• AWC Squadsight Fix - the following Training Center abilities can now be used at Squadsight ranges: Hail of Bullets, Rapid Fire, Chain Shot. Guardian and Covering Fire now can trigger on Long Watch shots.
  
• [WOTC] Plasma Grenade Icon Fix
  
• [WOTC] Skulljack Mind-Controlled Enemies - CCMM allows using Skulljack and Skullmine on mindcontrolled enemies and makes Skulljack icon show up only when it's relevant to the story.
  
• Codex Skulljack Fix

• Fixed bug where Templar and Reaper thigh cosmetics would clip through soldiers' legs when worn by regular soldiers.
  
• The damage preview on enemy units' HP bars will display ability's minimum damage rather than maximum damage. This feature requires Highlander 1.27.0 or higher.

CCMM adds the following console commands:

ResetBondForSelectedSoldier - will remove the soldier bond for the soldier selected in the Armory.
