@zboss79 The STABLE version of this mod is 'hidden.' As StayHungry says, you can find it about halfway down the list under intersection marking tool. Hope this helps :) https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2595470859

Is this what I use to make my own intersections and highway lines? or is there another one I need to download. Comments say something about it being hidden?

What the Hell, Steam? This is bizarre. At least there's the thumbnail workaround as icoopius pointed out.

You can refresh your IMT from any list. Check Hubs & Transport compatible modlist.

found a possible workaround to hidden 1.14.1

get on to macsergey's workshop, 1.14.1 is shown there, then click on the "+" symbol on the thumbnail (dont go to the actual mod page). mod should be added to your game, says it is in my LOM anyway
