Bear in mind that heat pump systems like this in reality are usually more than 200% efficient, as opposed to 0.5% efficient. 7.1 MW is an incredible amount of power. It would line up with real heat pumps only if the power consumption were literally 1000 times less.

@Icke von Drieben das ist auch genau der einsatzt zweck für den ich mir die gebaut hab, jedes mall wen ich sehe das jemmand ganze städte damit heizt bekomm ich nen kleinen nerven zusammenbruch!

Super Mod.
In jedem Industriegebiet baue ich eine Feuerwehr und seit neuesten auch eine Polizeistation.
Dafür lohnt sich aber kein Kohleheizwerk. Das kleine elektrische Heizwerk ist perfekt. Danke.

i assumed that the coal power plant has an efficency of only 33%, so you have to multiply 140mw/h by 3.

if you dont like the balancing, feel free to change "$CONSUMPTION eletric 84" in the config.

numbers taken from vanilla powerplant and heating plant at maximum efficiency:
24t of coal to produce 1400MW = 1t for 58,33MW
8,4t to produce 210 GJ = 1t for 25GJ
means 58,33MW is needed to make 25GJ, or to compare with ingame mod numbers
~140MW to make 60GJ which is much less than your mods 420MW to 60GJ

@Jaruzelski i calculated the neede amount of power with values i got out of the game, the balancing should be spot on, if you think its too much power change the value for yourself
