- Added the Ireland/Irish Minor missions from Europa Expanded.
- Sweden/Scandinavian mission fixes so that mission choice appears.
- Tweaked von Raab's Reforms event tooltips to be more informative of what it does.
- Changed various legitimacy triggers or effects in Aegyptus content to take in account other government values.
- Made the event upon starting that make sures everyone is at least 3/3/3 to take effect instantly instead of having to wait a few ticks.
