I'd be interested in a transition from hammerlock to headlock like you're suggesting.
Do you know some sample video that shows the transition part in action?

By the way, I've made previously a move that transitions from headlock to arm lock.

Very nice!! Any interest in having the attacker go from the arm twist to the hammerlock (exactly as you have here) and then quickly moving from the hammerlock to a headlock? It's a classic transition.
