Well, hotels and pools. What else?

Most smaller pieces work best on the quarter grid.

The hotel beds and sunbeds are found in the Benches tab. Tip: place curbs/fences (just below ground level to hide the fence) along the sides of where you want to place the beds. This way the guests will not walk through them.
Cover your pool area paths with "Pool floor" object to make it a smooth surface.

The animated escalators are designed as cover over a sloped path. This way it simulates guests walking up/down the escalator. There is a functional path sign in the Signs tab designed for this; place it in the right direction to block guests going the wrong direction on a moving escalator.
