UPDATED FOR LINUX
For some time, this mod has had issues with Linux users due to case sensitivity in the files.
I've worked to rectify this to ensure this mod should function correctly. Please let me know if there are any issues found. Thank you,

Eye-patches have been patched. However this required over-writing one of the base games largest aspect files. This can lead to issues with mods that may alter the same files or if the game updates this file, there will be a compatibility issue.

Is the location of the new file, if you are experiencing issues; please delete the contents of this folder.

WHAT IS 10,000 FACES OF WILDERMYTH!?

Is there actually 10,000 faces? Yes, there in fact is WAY MORE than 10,000 combinations. In fact since more updates have come along with new eyes added, as well as other modders creating add-ons to 10,000 Faces of Wildermyth, the number is way larger now! I'm not willing to do the math, but there's TONS of combinations!

This mod separates all of the facial features into their own categories such as; Eyes, Noses, Mouths. It then also expands on these options with new eyes that completely support expressions in game!

This mod functions as a foundation for other mods to build, and add upon allowing for combining multiple face mods into one with the ability to mix and match facial features.

NPC Generation is completely supported so you'll be very unlikely to ever encounter the same face ever through many playthroughs. The generated faces only utilize the vanilla assets to avoid any clashing aesthetics. All of the new features added by this mod are available during character creation even ones not allowed by NPCs!

HOW TO REMOVE DEBUG FACE (RECOMMENDED IF ONLY USING FACE SUPPORTED MODS)

Go to Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\763890\2148781980\assets\data\peopleParts
Delete DebugFace, DebugFace2, and NoDebugFace, or move to new folder

INFORMATION FOR MODDERS SEEKING TO MAKE COMPATIBILITY PATCHES

Seperate texture into 3 sections
Eyes-Eyebrows, Nose, Mouths

ExtrasName / LayersNumbers:
mouth=4102
eyes=4103
nose=4155
Change Info; Noses are located at 4155 to overlay ontop of new eye textures that are layered from 4149 to 4154

Alternatively, set the weight of your faces to 0 in the json as below. Your faces will no longer randomly appear, however it is much less work and will make it compatible with this mod, when it comes to generating NPCs.

To those having the double face issue (Not sure if this works for the DLC or not, please let us know if it does ^^) this is written in the desc of the mod:

If you have other face mods stacking follow these steps.
Navigate to \Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\2148781980\assets\data\peopleParts\DebugFace
Copy contents over to Folder peopleParts
All Done!


Did this on my end and it fixes the issue basically 100%. sadly i still get the double face issue although it is sorted for the bottom

The mod list is sorted by the numbers, changing the numbers will change the load order. The largest number goes on the bottom

how do you change load order in mods I just see numbers next to them when I look at the list

Also, the double-face issue will solve itself if you move 10K faces to the bottom of your load order.

For people having issues, the 'patches' are actually standalone version of mods designed for compatibility with 10K faces, and using both the original mod and the 'patch' will actually just cause problems

So just like many others I seem to see the default face ontop of the faces from this mod, I am only using this with Freaky's Fresh Faces and I am also using the patch to make the compatible so not sure what to do

The Mb2 mouth seems to be bugged. It shows up in the selection menu, but it's invisible on the character's face.

Are you using other face mods? They may be uncompatible. In this scenario you can refer to the debug menu in the description.
