Hands Come On B

I ported the existing "Hands Come On" taunt to the Coup De Grace taunts category. The game has lacked options for the strike battles since launch; I'm not particularly willing to deep dive into the move craft tool without a tutorial, but I figure I can move existing animations around into other categories and it should work out pretty well. This is the first of a few Coup De Grace taunts.
