The Description from Garrysmod dot org:

Problem Sleuth from the MS Paint Adventure has arrived in GMod.
I (PyroCanine) made this a while ago, but saw the 'sord' from homestuck had been uploaded and couldn't resist uploading it (Also, hi to the person who just wrote 'you should have'). If you have the model manipulator or can write the lua then it can be a playermodel.
Hope you MSPA fans like it!

like i said i didn't originally make this addon, this is a reupload from the gmod website
i have no clue about how making playermodels work let alone ragdolls

ive gotten the lua working but am struggling to convert it to a gma file, would you be interested in helping and uploading it together?
